This Orlando-based, in person childbirth education course focuses on expectations and emotions around birth, communication, stages of labor, common medical interventions, coping measures, partner support, breastfeeding 101, and so much more. The class is comprised of 8 hours of content (broken into two 4-hour days) and is limited to 5 expecting families. This class meets monthly. Classes are held at Cove Chiropractic in Maitland, FL. ‘Birth Day’ Prep
This course fee is $275 and includes access to 6 course session podcasts that you can access anytime, from anywhere! They can be listened to at your own pace and can be revisited anytime. Also includes our beautiful “Preparing for Birth” course journal and access to “Prepared Feeding” -a breastfeeding and infant feeding course taught by an IBCLC. This product is a customer favorite!
